Condition 1
In this posture type, the hips are tilted forward with the front of the
waistline lower than the back.

Condition 2
In this posture type, one hip or shoulder will be higher than the
other, or twisting (rotating) forward more than the other. Any noticeable
difference from right to left would mean that you are this posture type.

Condition 3
In this posture type, the hips are tilted opposite of type 1, with the
front of the hips higher than the back. The hips (pelvis) may appear
tucked under. Sometimes the knees will be slightly bent and the upper back
and shoulders will show excessive rounding over.
